Hi! I am a wife, mother of two accomplished adult children, sister, aunt, niece, and devoted friend! I am an executive leader, educator, life coach, public speaker, and consultant with over forty years of experience. I began my professional career as a teacher under the tutelage of my mother-in-law Marva Collins, famed educator who gained notoriety in the 1980’s and 1990’s for refusing to let children fail. I transformed from a teacher to an executive leader for a not-for-profit organization leading senior leaders to reach their goals by harnessing their innate gifts. I provide coaching for people looking to transition from one phase of life to the next in any area whether that is personal or professional. I provide consulting services to schools and not for profit organizations looking to move from good to great and from ordinary to extraordinary.
